Our Vision

We believe there is a way that marketers can engage with consumers or clients without the need to abuse privacy within that relationship.

For years data has been used to understand what consumers and companies want and desire. It has driven some of the biggest technical developments we have experienced and helped develop cutting edge products and services loved by many.

Many of those products and services represent new media channels that advertisers use to communicate with their audiences. In a bid to turn profit some of those channels have neglected the privacy of their audiences.

Tobal believes that by respecting customer privacy and intelligence we can help brands grow brand loyalty and trust.

Our Story

Tobal Ltd was originally created to help offline data owners activate their 1st party data sources within digital environments.

Over time we soon realised that whereas scale and technology in the digital advertising world were of interest to offline data owners, the greater demand was for the data skills and techniques they possessed that had now become scarce.

The changes now influencing the digital world are nothing new. The data lessons learnt from junk mail, nuisance calls, and later on spam, created data analysis techniques designed to optimise performance while minimising complaints.

Those same techniques can be used to optimise desire and identify content style, preferences, format and channels.

Rather than a group of individual channel optimisation strategies we now use our data skills to optimise the overall customer strategy, of which channel preference is only 1 of many positive influencers.
